When you're feeling sad and blue
Here's the thing that you should do
Find a rosebud, grown with care
Find some friends with which to share
Now, look within your deepest spot
And find a smile-provoking thought
Then leave the rosebud, let it grow
But keep the friends and let them know
That friendship makes your life worthwhile
And share with them your new-found smile
